Our Incident Response – Tier 2 service  establishes terms and conditions between your organisation and Logic Bounce.

The terms include a prepaid block of support hours at a discounted rate for related services bundled with a service level agreement and access to our 24×7 hotline and email notification service. Additional support hours are booked at the agreed discounted rate.
